A skilled Project Manager with 14+ Years of hands on experience in utility Project management and Machine Shop Maintenance. I worked with various reputed companies and successfully completed many projects, improvements which led to impressive cost savings for the organizations I worked with. As a project Manager I handled Utility setup for Green Infra Product related projects Like New Paint Shop, Press Shop, Assembly Shop, Engine Shop expansion, Body Shop Expansion and R&D setup Projects like Vehicle Engineering and STC. I also shoulder techno-commercial responsibilities like Tender preparation, BOQ preparation, Tender Drawings approval, Tender footing. In my day to day work I perform Identification of scope of work, Estimation, Design, Project Design Basis Report, Concept Notes, Engineering Drawings / Document List, Planning, selection. I also handled Maintenance Department as a manager for many years and I am skilled in maintaining machine shops and automotive assembly lines. As part of maintenance Job I obtained expertise in maintenance activities of machines like DMG, Mazak, Moriseiki, Mitsubishi, Makino, Hass, BFW, TAL, Lokesh, Daewoo, GUDEL and FELSOMA GANTRY, Multi-spindle SPMs, CNC and conventional Grinding machines, Hydraulic presses and other SPMs. I managed maintenance department by regularly practicing following tasks- • Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance of plant. • Reducing breakdown time for machines and equipment. • Leading and mentoring maintenance team. • Why-Why analysis • Implementation of Kaizen to reduce MTTR. • Preparation of SOPs and risk assessment for maintenance. • Maintain OEE, MTTR and MTBF targets. As a result of zest for learning new skills, performing continuous improvements during day to day work, I was awarded with many awards by my organizations and I wish to continue the same in future.
