About Swapnil Bhatnagar

As a masters student in Systems and Technology at McMaster University, I am passionate about learning and applying the latest tools and techniques for DevOps engineering. I am currently working on a research project on continuous delivery and microservices, which aims to improve the quality and efficiency of software development and deployment processes. I have over one and a half years of experience as an Infra Developer at Amdocs, where I was responsible for deploying monitoring tools, setting up alerting triggers using Jenkins pipelines, building and managing AWS and OpenShift environments, developing pipelines for API checks, and providing back-end support for development teams. I successfully delivered multiple projects for clients in the telecom and media sectors, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of the cloud infrastructure. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement best practices.
