In addition I worked for the Carnival Cruise Line as Demi Chef D. Partie in the Carnival Fantasy Cruise. Working in The Oberoi Group Hotel The Marriott International Hotel and The Hyatt allowed me to work under many talented chefs and to reach professional goals by advancing and becoming a Japanese Sous Chef.
