Work in different industrial sector like Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical & fertilizers, Sugar, Refrigeration, Steel and Cement Plant. • Study of drawing & customer requirements for the PHE & AFC Project orders. • Responsible for submission & approval of the pre-manufacturing documents for customer approvals. • Responsible for co-ordinate with client/TPIA for inspection schedules. • Involve in arranging TPIA inspection & finalize the TPIA agency as per project requirement. • Inspection of raw material like Plates, Pipe, Flanges, Fittings, Fasteners etc. as per ASME standard. • Arranging the inspection at vendor place or attending the inspector for the structural component, bought out items (Fan, Belt, Pulley, Motor, VFD, Bearing block, Gear box etc.) • Involve in NDE activity LPT, MPT, UT & RT which is going on shop floor & prepare coasting for NDT activity. • Responsible for execution of in-process inspection during various manufacturing stages of equipment’s. • Responsible for FAT & SAT acceptance test for Air Fin cooler module (Air flow, vibration, Noise, Motor power consumption) • Responsible for submission of final quality dossier (MRB) for client approval & obtaining shipping release/ dispatch clearance. • Close the NCR & find out root cause, prepare CAPA & take CAPQ from respective department. • Responsible for continual improvement in quality & management system with proactive approach. • To handle the third party inspector like) LLOYDS, TUV, BV, ITERTEK, TPL, IRCLASS, SGS. • ASNT(SNT-TC-1A) NDT LEVEL – II in RT, PT, UT & MPT. • Knowledge of codes like ASME, ASTM, API & IBR.
