I’m Swapnil Wable, a dedicated Head of Degree Program committed to crafting solutions from 0-to-1 and bridging gaps for positive change in education. My journey has been defined by transformative experiences that have shaped my passion for innovation and lifelong learning. My career began during my engineering days, where I was presented with life-changing opportunities at Arkansas State University. While financial realities made certain paths challenging, I learned resilience early on—choosing not only for myself but also giving chances to others, as I did when I declined an ISRO internship to enable another student’s opportunity. Inspired by my family’s academic legacy, I pursued a master’s degree, overcoming hurdles like missed entrance exams and unexpected setbacks, including the impact of severe floods in Kerala. Even when the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted plans, I adapted—embracing new roles like my brief but enriching stint with Byju’s and contributing meaningfully to my family’s business during peak seasons. A pivotal moment in my career came on the day I resigned from a role that no longer aligned with my aspirations. An unexpected call from ITM HR led me to a transformative opportunity in curriculum development at ITM Skills University. There, under the visionary leadership of Mr. Saikiran Sondarkar, CEO of LetsUpgrade & Executive Assistant to the Chairman at ITM Group of Institutions, I co-created the “India’s Best B.Tech” program. Collaborating with industry experts and a dedicated team, we built a curriculum, website, and marketing strategy that redefined our approach to education. Today, I live by the ethos of “0 to 1 entrepreneurship”—transforming bold ideas into tangible realities. I’m passionate about empowering the next generation of tech professionals and reshaping the educational landscape through innovative, practical solutions.
