With US-Jade Software Ltd. Pune, as a Team Leader and was responsible for the Support and Development activities in Oracle SCM to one of its customer in the US. With Zensar Technologies Limited as a Team Leader, and was handling a Fujitsu customer in UK and the Oracle SCM project included Support and Maintenance and Small Enhancements at offshore. His team was a mix of Microsoft technologies and Oracle expertise. He is also played the role of a Project Manager for the Project. With KOEL, Khadki, Pune, in various capacities from being a user to becoming a Marketing Lead User.
