I am enjoying my entrepreneurial journey taking care of 4 verticals which are very different from the nature of business point of view yet very unique and customer focused. I have developed expertise in strategizing differentiated customer engagement model, developing the blueprint, and closely monitoring its ground level execution. I have rich experience in developing differentiated models that engage and bring value to all the stakeholders of healthcare delivery system, build corporate image which eventually results into preferred partnership with Key Accounts. One such model that I created had benefited more than Nurses and Paramedics in delivering better care to patients. I had also conceptualized, developed, and executed a program on Transformational Leadership for Healthcare Management in collaboration with Indian School of Business, Hyderabad for more than 1500 Key Opinion Leaders. I have created value to key customers through Differentiated Customer Career Journey model with which is being implemented in Asia Pacific & Japan I am engaged in Driving Resiliency Solutions in Urban, Rural and Business landscapes including Digital and Artificial Intelligence - competence framework development within the Bio Medical Waste and Animal waste management. I am also engaged in empowerment of the lives of hundreds of thousands of Indians through Holistic Empowerment initiatives, to push forward SDG verticals, with a focus on Sustainable Travel, Clean Water, Effluent, Sanitation and Life Below Water, by working with leading vendors Including Academia, Government, Corporates, Funders and Startups. I am also creating an innovation ecosystem by working with farmers on ethical, sustainable and climate smart farming methods with an objective to meet the UN SDG goals. Currently as head of MICE and Destination Wedding Vertical of LyfVibes, I am following the evolving trends and culture in the business to give a contemporary edge. I am blending sustainable travel, innovation and execution to offer a happening event to all our clients. I am part of a conglomerate of various companies working in the Consulting, warehousing, distribution, Government Supplies of FMCG products, Pharmaceutical Products, Medical Devices and MedTech Companies where I am using my vast experience from Distribution, Marketing & Sales both in Pharma and FMCG, for business development.
