With 14 years of experience in HR and over 16 years of overall experience, I am a passionate and seasoned professional who thrives in an environment where experimentation, collaboration, and authenticity are valued. I am currently working as a HR Employee Senior Advisor at VMware by Broadcom, where I partner with teams and people to establish and continuously improve organization processes, culture and people experience. My expertise lies in HR Policies, HR Advisory, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention, Talent Management, and HR Analytics. I have worked in small, medium, and large Fortune 500 companies, solving diverse problems and issues concerning HR interventions and governance. I am an alumni of the Strategic Human Resource Management program from IIM Trichy and a certified SHRM - CP professional.
