About Swarupa Wagh

My educational background in chartered accountancy and law is not something commonly found in most HR professionals and that by itself explains my passion to pursue HR as a passionate professional choice. The shift from financial capital to contributing to Human Capital was a conscious decision arising from recognizing empathy as my key strength and there is no looking back now. My prior investment banking experience comes handy to understand businesses better and contribute in meeting organization deliverables. I have been fortunate enough to strengthen my experience in various facets of HR to help converge Business Vision with People Agenda including: Talent Acquisition including leadership hiring and setting up of HR shared services and capacity expansion of the financial shared services Career Architecture Capability Building Employee Engagement, HR Operations- Process design and Implementation Performance Management Change Management Talent Management and HR Business Partnering Have been able to add value to business imperatives and contribute positively through strategic, analytical thinking and operational excellence while driving the People Agenda An executive course in HR reaffirms my belief in continuous improvement and investment in learning. It helps me stay focused on my passion and strengthen my core.
