About Swasti Sharma

I am a budding HR professional who started her career as an HR business partner. I have 3+ years of experience in human resources, I have a broad knowledge of HR processes and worked on building HR processes from the ground up! The past couple of years has been a tumultuous ride for me. I learned from each sharp turn and evolved through each road that I had consciously taken. And, each day I became more self-aware than the day before. I believe that the more self-aware a person is the better he or she will be at HR BP, HR Transformation, Org. Development, etc. roles. I am on a continuous quest to find out more about the human psyche and this, along with self-awareness has, in turn, helped me develop high emotional intelligence. I believe EI, along with my analytical mindset and eye for identifying problems, and strong urge to solve them makes me a unique value addition. Cheers!
