Serving as a lead subject matter expert, I've overseen transformative Next Generation Sequencing projects spanning research and clinical arenas. My work with single-cell RNA sequencing, especially in studying genomic profiles and CAR T response factors, has advanced our understanding in these critical areas. My commitment to precision led me to automate workflows, ensuring high-throughput sample processing and reducing variability. My collaborative spirit extends to project management tools and harnessing external sequencing capabilities, all while meticulously documenting my work and sharing insights with my team. Prior to this role, I excelled as a Senior Research Associate at Indigo Ag Inc, Charlestown, Massachusetts, where I optimized library prep protocols and trained colleagues in NGS techniques.
