With experience across FMCG, retail, and SaaS, I specialise in turning complex data and customer research into actionable strategies that drive commercial impact. Currently, I work at Wiser Solutions as a Senior Analyst, focused on end-to-end shopper and retail analytics projects across ANZ and Southeast Asia. Before this, I held roles in strategy, SaaS, and market research at Guidepoint, Decathlon Singapore, and CloudKitchens, giving me a well-rounded view of how insights can fuel business performance. I bring technical skills in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and tools like Salesforce and Qualtrics, along with strong experience in cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
