Associate Advocate I work as a Corporate, Lawyer, and my area of work and research includes Corporate Management, Mergers, Acquisitions, International Business, IP law, Cross Border Investment Policy & Procedures and Commercial & Transactional Law. I have been associated with Kaden Boriss since 2013 as a legal intern, subsequently being promoted to Trainee Associate and Associate Advocate. Currently,the gamut of my work includes advising a number of social business enterprises, small and growing businesses, in relation to venture capital investment and private equity in context of legal, regulatory and corporate governance in India I have drafted, vetted and assisted various transactional documents such as share subscription and shareholders agreement, article of association, memorandum of association, exclusive distributor agreement, sales agency agreement, technology collaboration agreement, license agreement as well as closely supporting share purchase transactions. I have drafted and researched for the purpose of legal opinions on Foreign Direct Investment and foreign investment regulations; and reviewed terms and conditions, privacy policy and disclaimers policy for various clients. I have also drafted and reviewed agreements in relation to promoter employment agreement and various other agreements such as non-disclosure, work-for-hire, consultancy and service agreements. Prepared white paper on - “Laws Governing Child Marriages in the SAARC Countries” and “Protection of Child Rights” for SAARC LAW (South Asian Association for Regional Co-operation in Law) Honorary Positions: • Felicitated with the title of “UTTAM SEWAK” for contribution to Society by Delhi University in the academic year (March, 2012); • Represented Delhi University as the Head coordinator for pan-India educational tourism; tour (August, 2012) called “Gyanodaya DU Educational Trip” and; Felicitated with the title of “Life Saviour” by Blood Connect (May, 2012)
