With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and innovative leader who has founded and directed 3B Tourism India, a travel and tourism company that offers customized and personalized services to clients. My mission is to create memorable and meaningful experiences for travelers, while ensuring quality, safety, and sustainability. I am also the Deputy General Manager at 2Hub Events, a leading event management company that handles MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) segment for corporate clients. I am responsible for managing all aspects of the event planning and execution, from budgeting and marketing to vendor and client relations. I have successfully delivered multiple large-scale and high-profile events, exceeding expectations and generating revenue. I have a strong background in reservations and revenue management, having worked with renowned hotel chains such as Marriott, Le Royal Meridien, and Leela. I have extensive knowledge and skills in using various systems and software, such as Fidelio, MARSHA, and One Yield, to optimize room inventory and demand forecasting. I have also trained and developed staff, created and improved processes, and maintained records and reports for the corporate department. I am always looking for new and better ways to offer customer service and satisfaction, and to innovate and grow in the hospitality field.
