About Swati Semwal

The study of the human mind and behavior is incomplete without an understanding and experience of Yoga. The Classical Indian texts offer deep insights into human cognition emotions and behavior along with offering scientific ways to unveil the true potential of each individual. Yet the field of psychology has remained devoid of this. I aim to work towards enriching the domain of modern psychology through the knowledge of Indian traditions. I am open to research collaborations in this area. Along with this I am also passionate about introducing this knowledge to the younger generation in the simplest and most fun ways possible just as it was introduced to me through the Art of Living workshops designed by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar Ji. Therefore feel free to reach out to me if you wish to conduct Art of Living workshops (for children and teens) in schools or other places around you.
