With over 17 years of experience as a company secretary and governance professional, I have developed a strong expertise in the insurance and pension sectors, where I have handled various governance, funding, and corporate restructuring matters for shareholders and start-up ventures. As the company secretary, I am responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulatory and reporting requirements of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and other relevant authorities. I also manage the stakeholder relations, code of conduct, and corporate governance policies and practices of the company. My mission is to uphold the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and accountability in the insurance industry, and to support the company's vision and goals.
