A very passionate engineering professional who truly believes that "right intent and positive drive" gets you to places. A very result-oriented person with the ability to visualize work as a multitude of tasks on a timeline and who works hard to mitigate each task to deliver work with style. One who has a keen eye for improvements, a great way of packaging ideas, a never hesitant mindset to present them to stakeholders and a strong drive to achieve what's best. My vast experience in manufacturing and engineering works on various aspects, from design to construction to start-up and stabilization to optimization has given me a rounded picture of the process industry that enables me to safely implement smart solutions. Outside mainstream projects, I also enjoy being part of several social networks and groups. I have been an outstanding contributor to various employee resource groups within my organization, focusing on improving diversity, inclusion and professional culture within the company. Some achievements in my career that are close to my heart > Participated in the start-up of one of the world's largest Crude/Vacuum Distillation units (RIL, Jamnagar JERP)> Conducted the first "APC Audit" in RIL for Jamanagar site with external APC auditors > Developed and rolled-out "DPAEnhancedSimLib," a simulation library in ABB which was designed to improve simulation fidelity and which became an approved library used in Dow > Conceptualised and implemented “CATALYST," a non-tech initiative focussed on providing an internship opportunity for women on career breaks to equip them to re-enter the regular workforce
