Originally from Dubai, UAE, I moved to Canada in 2021 to pursue my undergraduate studies. I began my academic journey at Acadia University before transferring to Saint Mary's University, where I completed my Bachelor of Commerce degree in December 2024, with a concentration in accounting. Growing up, my dad and I often had conversations about the business world. One of his favorite pastimes was reading about accounting scandals from around the globe, which he loved sharing with me. I found these stories fascinating, and they sparked my interest in accounting. By the time I was 14 or 15, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in this field. I plan to pursue my CPA designation in the coming years. Outside of accounting, I enjoy cooking, dancing, and watching crime and investigation documentaries.
