With a robust 15-year career as a Nutritionist, I've committed my professional life to improving health and wellness via tailored dietary advice and education. My experience includes working in a variety of settings, such as health clubs, fitness centers, and community health programs, where I have effectively helped individuals accomplish their health objectives through personalized nutrition regimens. My passion for motivating people to follow the right eating practices became the cause of the birth of 'Ichiinen Livves' under which I began my diet consultation services.'Ichiinen Livves' is the brand name that supports me in reaching out to people across the globe. I am pursuing a PhD at Auckland University of Technology (AUT), with a focus on exploring the dietary practices of pregnant Indian migrant women in New Zealand. This research not only matches my interest in nutrition, but it also seeks to address major health inequities and contribute positive maternal and child health outcomes. My specialization in Diabetes Education and Sports Nutrition has enabled me to work closely with athletes, optimizing their performance through strategic nutrition. Additionally, my role as a diabetes educator has equipped me with the skills to support individuals in managing their health condition effectively. I am committed to continuing my journey in the field of nutrition, leveraging my extensive experience and advanced studies to contribute to innovative health solutions and promote healthier lifestyles.
