About Syafrini Nasution

An Islamic Banker, Consultant and Trainer with big dream to develop Microfinance and Woman in Indonesia based on Islamic finance. Experienced Islamic Bankers with well understanding of Retail, Business Banking, Wholesale Banking and Micro including Grameen Model for both assets and liabilities products and services. Now is looking forward to learn the digital era of finance. Professional experience start as a Management Trainee Bank Artha Graha in 1990. Then I was assigned in several division from Operation, Credit, Marketing Funding and Lending. Then since January 2001, I was started to be an Islamic Banker in Bank Mandiri Syariah and held a position as Branch Manager and Service Quality Manager until 2006, in BTPN Syariah held a position as Branch Manager, Senior Business Coach and Business Support Head for Microfinance Business. Since 2017, I was starting to be a Consultant and Trainer in Amartha Micro Fintech (P2P Lending Industry) and International Finance Corporation/IFC World Bank Group. Specialties: Familiar with Islamic Banking Ops & Islamic Microfinance Business. Now is focus on consulting and training for Micro Finance Institution. Experiences in Islamic Banking Products, Islamic Banking Funding and Lending, Microfinance product and business, Cooperatives, and People Development.
