About Syah Johan

My current office are an owning company, that have 2 properties, 1 in Jakarta that have an Office and Hotel building complex, another one is a Hotel in Bali. Me and my team prepare all the document needed for a project, from start to finish. I'm honest, willing to improve, able to work as a team, problem solving, experienced with meeting with owners directly, loyal to company, always want to learn new things, calm & not panic easily. Recently just finish a project for hotel renovation in Bali. The renovation consist of exterior and interior work. Things that were renovated are re built main swimming pool and face lifting 2 other pool, The pool also use fiber optic lights there. we also change 6 building blocks roof, from thatched roof with tiles. And also re built the entire beach side hardscape and softscape, re built the retail shop, salon, spa, meeting room, redesign the villas and cabanas, restaurant, live cooking area, beach bar, kitchen and also toilet. The overall project was done in 14 months from February 2022 to April 2023. The planning was back since 2020 however the execution was delayed due to covid. The consultant designer chosen for the interior was Singapore based, while the exterior was done by local consultant. With total of 5 consultant that were hired. The project was done by 2 main contractor, and the work was divided into total of 4 phase.
