How can development banks identify projects eligible for nature finance and ensure biodiversity is considered in their investment decisions? How can Public Development Banks (PDBs) integrate biodiversity into their reporting processes? Four PDBs have already expressed interest in collaborating with WWF to explore how they can contribute to transforming a biodiversity impact assessment framework – one that focuses on the five key drivers of biodiversity loss – into a user-friendly tool. This tool will help PDBs identify nature finance opportunities, nature-based solutions, and quantify both expected and achieved positive impacts.
