About Sydney Bunch

I recently completed my BBA in Accounting, summa cum laude, at the University of Georgia's prestigious J.M. Tull School of Accounting. I am now pursuing my MAcc, which I will complete in December 2025, with plans to obtain my CPA certification. My professional journey has been enriched by my internship with Wipfli LLP, where I gained hands-on experience in audit, compliance, and risk advisory services. This role allowed me to refine my ability to perform detailed audits, collaborate with clients, and produce high-quality financial statements and compliance reports. Looking ahead, I am excited to further my expertise during my upcoming Audit Internship with KPMG LLP in Summer 2025, where I aim to deepen my skills and contribute to delivering exceptional audit services. In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I am actively involved in leadership and service initiatives. As an ambassador for the MAcc Student Association, I help organize events to foster connections among students. Through my membership with Pi Beta Phi, I have also championed literacy initiatives and community engagement. I have also been apart of the Order of Omega honor society, Beta Gamma Sigma honors society, Women in Business, and I was a Team lead for UGA HEROs. I bring a strong technical skillset, including proficiency in tools like Caseware, Tableau, and Alteryx, complemented by my Microsoft Excel Certification. My goal is to leverage my analytical and problem-solving capabilities to make a meaningful impact in the fields of accounting, auditing, and financial consulting.
