About Sydney Croce

Sydney Croce is a seasoned TMF Lead at Syneos Health, where she has been instrumental in managing complex TMF (Trial Master File) projects since April 2022. With a strong background in clinical trial management and a specialization in Rescue Study TMF Management, Sydney has significantly contributed to the approval and market launch of current FDA-approved drugs. Her expertise in TMF management is underscored by her role as a TMF Subject Matter Expert for one of the largest clients at PRA from August 2020 to April 2022, and her current position as the TMF Lead for one of Syneos Health’s largest rescue studies to date. Sydney’s educational background includes an Associate of Liberal Arts obtained in 2012 and she is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to graduate by the end of 2025. Before her current role, Sydney served as a TMF Specialist II at ICON PLC (formerly PRAHS) from October 2018 to April 2022, and as a Clinical Trial Administrator and QA Assistant at Vitalograph from April 2015 to February 2016. Her extensive experience is complemented by her skills in TMF Metrics and Health Review, ICH-GCP knowledge, ALCOA+ principles, document quality checks, and SOP writing. She has experience using both PhlexTMF and Veeva Vault eTMF Platforms as well as ample experience in full paper study management. Additionally, she is adept in training program development and cross-functional training for TMF Leads and other clinical research professionals alike. Outside of her professional life, Sydney enjoys cross-stitching, embroidery, and learning to sew clothing. She is an avid reader of fantasy novels and a fan of anime. Sydney treasures time spent with her two children, husband, and two dogs.
