As a current Master of Science in Human Capital Management (HCM) student at New York University, and a recent graduate from CU Boulder with a BA in Psychology and Sociology and a minor in Business, I bring a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to the field of Human Resources. My passion for intercultural learning and communication was cultivated during my study abroad in Barcelona, where I earned an Interculturalist Micro-credential by WorldStrides. Throughout my undergraduate years, I actively engaged in leadership roles, serving as the Director of Membership Selection at Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women and as an Event Planner for the Student Government Cabinet.My most recent role as a Human Resources Coordinator at N Line Electric, LLC provided me with valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, policy optimization, compliance, and technology integration, utilizing platforms like BambooHR to streamline operations. I am dedicated to fostering inclusive and supportive work environments and am eager to leverage my skills in selection and placement, employee relations, wellness, and risk management to contribute positively to any organization I join.As I continue my studies at NYU, I am excited to deepen my understanding of human capital management strategies and best practices.
