About Sydney Debenedictis

As an Engineer in Training (EIT) in Structural Engineering, I thrive working with buildings and using my skills to help others. I value learning from others, working with a team, connecting with clients, and problem solving. My experience includes designing for heritage buildings and applying sustainable construction practices. I work with clients to chase the root causes for a building's symptoms in my forensic work, and design sustainable repairs with constructable details. I also have experience with collaborating with designers for new construction projects, and completing building condition assessments for the existing buildings. Throughout each project I enthusiastically gain new skills, and am grateful for every learning opportunity.
