About Sydney Gower

Sydney Gower is a May 2024 graduate from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where she received a major in Accounting and a minor in Real Estate. All of Sydney’s hard work and dedication as a young adult earned her admission into ASU’s prestigious Barrett Honors College and W.P. Carey’s Leadership Academy. In her time in the W.P. Carey School of Business, Sydney has built a strong foundation of business ethics and an understanding of corporate accounting. She was a member of the Women’s Business Leaders Association on campus. An organization that brings together students of diverse occupations to provide personal and professional growth opportunities through leadership, education, networking, and support. Outside of work and school, Sydney is a strong advocate for helping the working poor. She has been a regular volunteer at Nourish Phoenix, a local food bank working to end hunger and poverty in Phoenix. An avid tennis player herself, Sydney also volunteers for Aceing Autism, a program that helps develop tennis skills to positively impact children and families with autism. Sydney was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is the oldest sibling in her family. When she is not spending time with her friends and family, she enjoys playing tennis, going to spin class, and baking.
