As a Retail Expansion Manager at Moss And Fawn, I am responsible for growing the brand's presence and sales in new and existing markets. I have a degree in Public Relations from Drake University, where I studied Journalism and developed my skills in communication, research, and storytelling. I am passionate about creating and promoting products that are innovative, sustainable, and beneficial for babies and parents.Before joining Moss And Fawn, I worked as a Sales Coordinator at JLB, a retail consulting firm that helps brands succeed at Target. There, I collaborated with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver complete retail solutions that drove accelerated brand growth. I also have experience as a Realtor at RE/MAX Results, where I advised clients on offers and negotiations in real estate transactions. I have strong skills in sales, customer service, and public speaking, which I use to engage and influence audiences and stakeholders. I am motivated by working in a dynamic and diverse environment, where I can learn from different perspectives and experiences, and contribute to the organization's vision and goals.
