Hi! I’m Sydney Lamb and I am a current 5-6th grade cross categorical teacher. I attended Wittenberg University (‘23) as an Intervention Specialist(K-12)/Primary Education(P-5) dual major and Political Science minor. My Future Plans: I would love to go to graduate school to get my master’s degree in Library Science, Special Education, or Counseling. College recap: In college I was involved in our Education Department Student Advisory Board, and I served as the VP of service for the Education Honorary, Kappa Delta Pi. I worked as a camp counselor for National Trail Parks and Recreation District, and Franklin Park Conservatory in the summers. I also worked in Residence Life all 4 years, including some summer positions. Outside of education extracurriculars, I was involved in Kappa Delta, Alpha Phi Omega, the Campus Compact Civic Newman Fellowship Program, the University honors program, GSDA, and our Student Diversity Advisory Board. I am based in Columbus where I live with my fiancé and our pets. I am passionate about being a life-long learner. I am dedicated to social justice and civic engagement.
