Over the past decade, I’ve built a career around helping people reach their potential—whether that meant guiding students in the classroom, leading customer education programs in tech, or developing high-performing teams in the gym. Currently, I manage studio operations at Bünda Encino, where I lead a team of trainers and front desk associates, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional member experience. I’m passionate about building fitness communities that truly make an impact through scalable systems and people development. Whether it’s optimizing a studio schedule, training new hires, or improving the member journey, I’m at my best when I’m combining people leadership with process improvement.
