About Sydney Magann

I am based out of WET's beautiful Sheridan, Wyoming office. I have diverse experience in both the environmental and mining industries, able to offer geotechnical, mining, hydrology/geohydrology, environmental, and state and federal permitting services. Though my educational background is in geology, my work portfolio has led me to fluently operate as a traditional geologist and an environmental scientist. My true passion is in the mining industry where I have worked trona, uranium, rare earth, and coal projects. Some of my career highlights in mining are writing technical mineral resource reports both nationally and internationally, and leading mineral exploration programs collaboratively with accredited research facilities. My greatest passion is rare earths and aiding in nurturing the newly emerging Wyoming industry.
