I have a Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from University of South Carolina. I am currently on the training and consulting team at the American Heart Association, where I support the field operations and strategy in the Southeast region. My core competencies include health and wellness, employee engagement, and consulting.In my previous roles, I developed and marketed wellness programs, managed contracts and partnerships, and coordinated health risk assessments. I have demonstrated skills in communication, creativity, and project management. I am passionate about promoting a culture of health and well-being in the communities and organizations I serve. I value accountability, innovation, and collaboration, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
