My passion for project management stems from my love for problem-solving and the ability to bring diverse teams together to achieve common goals. During my 6+ year career, I have projected budgets across multiple accounts and fostered collaborative work environments. My approach combines strategic planning and hybrid methodologies to drive success and foster continuous improvement. My high emotional intelligence and positive attitude have been key in building trust and motivating teams to achieve outstanding results. I have built a positive reputation for my ability to lead daily and weekly meetings to confirm that all project deliverables align with client goals and expectations. Colleagues and supervisors often commend my calm demeanor and adaptability in high-pressure situations. As a lifelong student, I am on a quest to learn as much as I can and to fill the gaps in any of my skills. This, combined with my nature to be relationship oriented, transparent, and accountable, empowers me to move both myself and my project teams forward towards excellence. Outside of work, I engage with my local community as a member of the Atlanta Chapter of the Project Management Institute. I have also volunteered at several organizations with amazing missions, including The American Red Cross, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and Chastain Horse Park.
