I conducted property tours,managed applicant pipelines in Yardi, and facilitated Section 8 workflows with 100%regulatory compliance. My contributions helped drive new lease signings and overalloccupancy growth while deepening my exposure to large-scale property managementand affordable housing compliance.Prior to that, I spent three years with Gridline Properties in Miami, where I closed 60+lease and sales transactions totaling more than $10M across industrial, retail, andmultifamily assets. I repositioned and stabilized multiple industrial properties, achievingrent increases of up to 100% above prior rates and record-setting absorption. I alsopartnered with owners, architects, and engineers on repositioning projects, oversawlease-ups, and completed underwriting for development and acquisition opportunities.In addition, I negotiated LOIs and contracts and cultivated long-term investor and ownerrelationships to generate consistent deal flow.
