About Sydrey Mademko

As a Substitute Teacher at ChildCare Careers, I provide quality education and care to children of various ages and backgrounds, while supporting the regular teachers and staff. I enjoy working with children and helping them learn and grow, as well as collaborating with my colleagues and parents to create a positive and safe environment. I am also pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Georgia State University, after completing my Associate's degree in Business Management/Human Resources Management at Gwinnett Technical College. I have a strong interest in human resources and how it can enhance organizational performance and culture. I have completed multiple Coursera certifications in topics such as managing employee performance, recruiting, hiring and onboarding employees, and preparing to manage human resources. I have also demonstrated my customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills in my previous roles as a Customer Service Representative at PL Marketing and a Crew Member at McDonald's, where I achieved high customer satisfaction, retention, and feedback scores, as well as contributed to quality and cleanliness standards.
