Starting my professional career as Sales Executive and transforming myself to Business Development Manager, this journey has polished me in many aspects from junior-managerial level. Today I use my ability to combine technical knowledge with sales skills to act as a primary contact for product demonstrations, client needs assessments and the development of technical specifications. My experience of more than 10 years not only has a long track record of successful selling, but building customer relationship, strategic planning, Business development, motivating team members and also self educating in the field of Food Packaging and Bio Degradable Products. This self-updating practice has helped me in gaining immense knowledge in the professional field of digitization like Machine learning, AI and Data Analytics. In my personal and professional experiences, I have learned that- Customer satisfaction is very important to me; to gain that trust and relationship- Team win gives more joy than self win- I speak tech & exec.(simplifying and communicating complex concepts to a non-technical audience.)- Educate, refine and drive is what I try to keep doing to myself- Updating and Integrating Technical knowledge with Sales skills, gives me confidence for high-quality decisions. With all the above, I know and wish to learn about a lot of things, as it gives me a wide and different perspectives for any situation in life. I am and still remain insatiable, with the thirst for knowledge.
