I am Dr. Syed Ashraf, an Australian citizen with over 14 years of higher education experience across Australia, Saudi Arabia, and India. I hold a Ph.D. in Management and Commerce (Accreditation and Institutional Quality Assurance) from the University of Tasmania (AACSB-accredited) and have combined my academic expertise with substantial professional and managerial experience. My career highlights include: •Teaching & Student Success: Delivered undergraduate, postgraduate, and Executive MBA courses in Accounting, Finance, Management, and Marketing, earning 11 teaching commendations for excellence in student engagement and learning outcomes. •Research & Publications: Published in ABDC-B and Scopus-indexed journals, presented at leading international conferences, and served as a peer reviewer for reputable journals. My doctoral research advanced understanding of quality assurance practices in accounting education. •Leadership & Management: Served as Manager–Policy and Regional Manager–Operations in the Tasmanian Government, and as Vice-Chair for Quality Assurance at Umm Al-Qura University (Saudi Arabia), where I managed and AACSB accreditation.
