Working with Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM), Govt. of UP as State Project Manager Monitoring and Evaluation. UPSRLM specifically works on poverty alleviation and livelihood promotion through women Self Help Groups. Prior to this have worked at State Urban Development Agency (SUDA), Department of Urban Development, Govt. of UP. With more than fifteen years’ of diverse experience with two different government departments, I am adept in partnership management, coordinating with different stakeholders within government set up, design and develop monitoring strategy and assessment studies. Moreover, my experience of working on large scale program implementation, field exposure has helped me to understand the context of working children in rural/urban society While working for last 15 years in the community development work, I have gained various skills and knowledge related to it, some of it is specifically mentioned below • Have gained intensive experience of design and implementation of the poverty alleviation programs across multiple domains such as social development, livelihood, microfinance, health, education and nutrition etc. • Able to manage relation between Government, Multilateral agencies and other stakeholders for effective achievement of organisational goals • Exhaustive experience of documentation and Knowledge Management in the work • Have developed strong monitoring strategy and Management Information System (MIS) for various projects as per the requirements • Have been able to manage Partnership effectively for working on shared understanding of objectives plans & monitoring system to achieve the required outcomes • Have understood and managed the context of program implementation and designing suitable monitoring strategy (tools and MIS) • Have designed system for fetching field level requirements and responses through feedback loops for nuanced understanding of field level implementation issues and agents of change • Coordinated with implementation team to assimilate the action points based on field level learning in the intervention design • Inculcated value system & culture which focuses on learning and contribution by fostering mutual respect and trust • In-depth understanding of proposal writing, case studies and report writing • While designing and implementing programs have deep understanding of financial Planning and budget monitoring
