I have an overall 7.4+ years of experience, have spent 3.2+ years in E- commerce/Risk management /Cost reduction/vendor onboarding/Key account manager/Contact center operations managing medium and large size teams in both Captive and Outsourced space, I was associated with Solv( standard chartered ventures) as a Assistant manager in multiple geographies, prior to this, I have worked with companies like Udaan, Bankbazaar and Bigbasket My Specialization includes starting and managing the contact center operations and SCM from scratch and scaling it to the next level I have also worked with cross-cultural and senior leadership teams. I have evaluated workflow tools and processes and offered solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable. I am looking at working with companies that promise mutual growth. Built teams from scratch which has helped in accelerating several business development Projects, managed and administered work that had promising yet humble beginnings which have later spiralled into effective systems and E-Commerce Offerings.
