About Syeda Faiza

Syeda Faiza, known as Faiza, is an Agile Project Manager for Dell's Data Protection Content Development team, leading over 15+ designers and developers. Her team delivers an average of 60 assets per quarter, covering a range of Dell’s Data Protection products. Faiza excels with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO), serving as an Administrator and Chair of the ADO Change Control Board (ADO-CCB). She also manages cultural initiatives as Program Manager for the Dell Mosaic ERG’s Cultural Heritage Program and Communications Lead representing APJC. Faiza's journey with Dell began in 2015 at EMC through the Campus New Hire Program, ESAP. She later became the GSAP/Managed Onboarding Brand Ambassador, representing APJC at global meetings. Over the past decade, Faiza has held roles such as Developer, Experience Manager, Project/Program Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Project Manager. These roles have equipped her with a strong foundation in learning and development, content and project management, and have honed her leadership skills in program and people management. Author of Empowered, Leadership and Self Awareness for Women and Agility Unlocked, Mastering Scrum and Agile Coaching for High-Performing Teams, Faiza holds an Engineering Degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) at Oxford and an MBA in Project Management from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM). Excelling as a top performer in August 2024, she led a pivotal cross-functional project that consolidated two roles, streamlining operations and boosting efficiency by 20%. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring cuisines and modern minimalist interior design.
