Je suis Sylvain Lefevre, associé délégué et gestionnaire des opérations de relevé pour le département de capture de la réalité chez CIMA+, une société d'ingénierie multidisciplinaire. Au sein de l'équipe de capture de la réalité, je coordonne les opérations de relevé par drone, scanner 3D, scan mobile et arpentage traditionnel, en collaboration avec les ingénieurs, les techniciens et les clients. Je suis également chargé de projet pour une variété de projets, où je gère les budgets, les échéanciers, la qualité et la sécurité. I am Sylvain Lefevre, Associate Partner and Survey Operations Manager for the Reality Capture Department at CIMA+, a multidisciplinary engineering firm. Within the reality capture team, I coordinate survey operations involving drones, 3D scanners, mobile scanning, and traditional surveying, in collaboration with engineers, technicians, and clients. I also act as project manager for various projects, where I manage budgets, schedules, quality, and safety.
