I spent 19 years working on rail and light rail projects, and developped both technical and management skills. I have been working 5 years for Alstom, 12 years for EQUANS Ineo Rail, and began a new challenge within Systra in 2024. Within EQUANS Ineo RAIL, I first occupied a Bid Manager position, and then a Signalling Project Manager position for a major french project : High-Speed Line SEA from Tours to Bordeaux.(500M€ for Signalling and Telecomunications systems). I then worked on major Tenders, mainly in JV/Consortiums. Enventually, I have been Project Director for an OCS deployment (25km) in 2022/2023 near Tarbes (France). I am a dynamic manager with a strong team spirit. I like to maintain a good communication and cohesion within my team and all other stakeholders involved by frequently holding efficient meetings. My wide experience in rail projects as a System Engineer and Project Manager will enable me to be on top of every technical subjects in the project and to be a successful link between Design, Execution, Procurement, Contract, Legal, Schedule, Quality, Tests, Commissionning and Warranty activities.
