About Sylvester Patil

With a background as a Production Engineer and experience in supply chain operations, I’ve developed a solid foundation in both the technical and logistical aspects of business. My journey began with optimizing production processes, but over time, I found myself drawn to the complexities of logistics and customs coordination. Now, as a Logistics Coordinator, I specialize in managing the customs clearance process for shipments arriving via air and road. I focus on ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations and work closely with pharmaceutical shipments, ensuring they meet strict industry standards. My role also involves facilitating the Pre-Arrival Review System (PARS) to ensure timely and efficient clearance, minimizing delays. With my diverse background, I bring a unique perspective to the logistics field, combining technical problem-solving skills with an understanding of supply chain operations to help streamline processes and ensure smooth, compliant deliveries.
