Passionate and client-centric Property & Casualty insurance professional with over 17 years of experience in sales, service, and leadership across both direct and broker channels. I’ve led high-performing, cross-functional teams and partnered with industry stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enhance client experience, streamline operations, and drive long-term value for consumers, employees, and communities alike. With deep product knowledge, hands-on expertise, and a strong foundation of industry education, I embrace the fast pace of change and constantly seek ways to simplify how we work without compromising agility, innovation, or service quality. As an avid learner, I see every challenge as an opportunity to grow, evolve, and reinvent. I believe in aligning technology with client expectations, while still honoring the traditional values of brokering: trust, advice, and building life-long relationships. In my current role, I’ve recently joined KRG to lead the Personal Insurance and Private Client Services division. My focus is on executing strategic priorities, nurturing leadership, strengthening carrier partnerships, and elevating the client experience. I collaborate closely with staff and executives to drive performance, set sales and retention goals, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. People are my greatest passion, the driving force behind every success in my career. Empowering others to own their potential has been my guiding leadership philosophy, and in turn, those I’ve worked with have inspired me to be a better leader, professional, and person. I’m a native Polish speaker and a proud family man. Outside of work, I spend time with my amazing wife Yassmine (she told me to say that) and our broccoli-hating, energetic daughter Dalia (she doesn’t know I’m saying that). When they’re not looking, I occasionally sneak away to go fishing, camping, and explore Ontario’s great outdoors. My favorite leadership book is “About Face” by David H. Hackworth.
