As a dedicated social worker with five years of experience in migration management, I have honed my expertise in project and case management, contributing to impactful outcomes in this challenging field. My role as an experienced project assistant/Case manager and a PMP trainee (with completion expected in January 2024) underlines my commitment to professional development and mastery of project management skills. My journey in social work is marked by a strong history of meeting organizational goals through consistent and organized practices. I am adept at managing diverse business initiatives and excel in working cross-functionally on various projects. This skill set has been instrumental in my ability to manage donor-funded projects and assist in AVRR programs, benefiting over returned migrants. I possess strong competencies in effective communication, project monitoring and evaluation, reporting, learning, community mobilization, partnership, and project design. These skills have been pivotal in facilitating programs and projects that target the empowerment of marginalized groups, including vulnerable populations and those with special needs like people with disabilities, single parents, victims of trafficking, refugees, and unaccompanied minors. In addition, I have been actively involved in coordinating response efforts in emergency and crisis management situations. My holistic approach to social work, combined with a focus on practical project management, positions me as a resolute professional dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those impacted by migration.
