My experience has convinced me of the power of diversity – how it makes teams more successful, solutions more creative and customers more satisfied. I am a firm believer in diversity in the workplace, in enabling women to fully participate in business life at all levels, and in supportive leadership. Outside of work, I enjoy sports – from swimming, running and biking to yoga – and supporting others through sport to live up to their full potential.
