I am Correction Officer with 20 years of experience. Working as a Correction Officer has allowed me to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and subsequently improve my communication and interpersonal skills. From ensuring well being of inmates to performing security checks on facilities, I have been instrumental in enforcing facility regulations through effective communication and several other professional techniques. I have a a Bachelor's degree in University Studies with a specialization in English and Behavioral studies and a master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in clinical counseling. I am passionate about healthy living and skilled in the areas of crisis management, mental health assessment, evidence-based treatment, and patients psychotherapy. I value diligence, relationship building, and dedication in the workplace. I am seeking a role that will allow me to enhance my knowledge of diagnostics & counseling, clinical assessment, delivering resource-sensitive treatment, and providing adaptive support networks & programs.
