About Sylvie Ruelle

I have been administrative official since and I hold a BA in in Literature & Languages, a French BSTAT (equivalent BTS or Vocational Training Certificate) and I have the level of a Bachelor in foreign languages. I have a long time experience in the secretarial field. Organized, rigorous, accurate, conscientious, I know how to write letters, manage schedules, make appointments, greet customers and manage their administrative file. I was also in charge of the accounting entry and editing VAT return. Therefore I manage office tools such as Word, Excel, Works, Paint Shop Pro and the Internet. My knowledge in foreign languages is multiple. I am a French native, I speak fluent English, coming back from two years spent in Denmark, as well as German, subject of my studies. I also acquired notions of Spanish and Danish. Therefore I am well prepared to work in an international context, also because I really enjoy all the contacts and exchanges with other cultures. I am looking for a secretary/administrative job in the Copenhagen area, where I could use my skills, ideally in an international or import/export company.
