From local operations to multi-state enterprises, I’ve spent over 15 years driving transformative change across the utility sector. My strength lies in simplifying complexity, leading strategic growth initiatives, optimizing performance, and designing systems that support long-term expansion. At Equatorial Energia Group, I cofounded and led Equatorial Serviços, a strategic business unit that delivered ancillary services to energy distribution utilities. In direct collaboration with the Group President and Board, I oversaw post-merger integration and launched projects that significantly advanced operational efficiency. I also established Equatorial Telecom, transforming internal telecom infrastructure into a commercial-grade business unit and B2B service provider. This broadened the Group’s portfolio through innovation and targeted reinvention. These ventures were part of a broader transformation journey in Brazil. I led critical infrastructure programs, including the federal Luz para Todos initiative, which extended electricity to underserved communities across the country. That experience deepened my belief that sustainable change is achieved at the intersection of purpose, strategy, and execution. Today, I’m expanding my experience in the Canadian market and exploring new opportunities to help organizations achieve sustainable growth.
