As a Chief Operating Officer I'm responsible for bulletproof organizational structure, smooth and effective processes and safe, highly usable intermal systems. I'm honored to facilitate work of Strategy Team, leaders from different parts of our organization, working together on strategic, long-term goals. With team of dedicated professionals we develop our staffing and delivery processes to ensure top quality standards for our clients. With leaderships of our Support Teams we promote Continues Improvement philosophy in our internal organization. I supervise implementation of data-driven management, innovation and digitalization, through dedicated internal projects. At Sollers we believe it's crucial to develop promising professionals from the very begin of theirs careers. I proudly advocate development of our internal competence centers and knowledge sharing processes. In my private life, as in professional, I have great fun to develop and proof myself in variety of areas and roles - as proud father, amateur skier and sailor, occasionally completing ambitious challenges as IronMan triathlon.
